Took me a minute to figure out what the butterflies were on the trimmed dress. The hem treatment! The explosion of ruffle under the bows is supposed to be reminiscent of a butterfly. Not really all that direct but I can see it now...
I can't bear to think how long it must take to create that hairstyle on the right. And then to undo it, and brush out the tangles and whatever gop was used to keep it in place.
No wonder it took them all so long to get dressed.
I wonder what Serena from "Black Sheep" would have thought about them?
