Loretta Chase said...: Jill, I didn't research where he was buried. We were in Holland Park, and there he was. On our tour of Kensal Green Cemetery, some days later, we met Peter Matthews, who has written a Shire book, Who'se Buried Where in London, which might contain the answer.
